기관 단독으로 일임 가능하며, 최소 일임 규모는 50억 이상(mezzanine, Stock, Bond 등 자산)으로 성과수수료는 실현수수료의 20%입니다.

당사는 자체 공모주 투자 process를 운영중에 있기에, 별도의 공모주 투자자문사를 중간에 끼울 필요가 없습니다.

(b) As of 2025, our 'Miso IPO Institutional Investment Discretionary Account' for Institutional investor is currently open for new mandates.

Institutions can invest on a fully discretionary basis, with a minimum mandate size of KRW 5 billion or more (mezzanine, stocks, bonds, and other assets). The performance fee is 20% of realized profits.

Since Miso Discretionary Investment operates its own IPO investment process, there is no need to involve a separate IPO advisory firm as an intermediary.
